Red White & Royal Blue 2023 Review
Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez star in the Casey McQuiston novel of the same name, which serves as the basis for the movie. When a dispute between the son of the US president and the prince of Britain threatens to sour relations between the two countries, the two are compelled to agree to a phased ceasefire, which opens the door to more serious issues.
The son of the first female president of the United States, Ellen Claremont, who is seeking reelection, is Alex Claremont-Diaz. He got into a physical argument with British Prince Henry when in the country for a royal wedding.
Alex and Henry were compelled to act as if they were friends in order to stop the incident from turning into a full-fledged diplomatic and media crisis that could distract people’s attention from Alex’s mother’s campaign for office.
